Conversations & resolution rate
Start with volume and outcome: how many conversations happened, and what share the AI resolved on its own versus handed to a person. A healthy resolution rate means your content is covering real questions; a dip is an early sign there’s a gap to fill.
Top questions from visitors
The most-asked questions are your customers telling you what matters — sizing, delivery, pricing, “can I talk to a human?” Patterns here are gold: they tell you which product pages to sharpen and which answers to make more prominent.
Leads captured
This is where chat becomes pipeline. Track how many visitors shared their details and were qualified in-chat, then sent to your inbox or CRM — the clearest line from “someone visited” to “someone your team can follow up with.”
Knowledge gaps — the most valuable panel
