What counts as a conversation
A conversation covers up to 15 replies from your assistant. Only your assistant's replies are counted, never your customers' messages, so you're billed per chat rather than per message.
Billing questions
- When does a new conversation start?
- A chat ends after 30 minutes without a message; if the customer writes again after that, it's a new chat. A long chat counts one more conversation for every further 15 replies. A chat in progress is never cut off.
- What if a chat is very short?
- Short chats are added together. Every 15 replies across your short chats count as one conversation, so a quick question costs only a fraction of one.
- Do unused conversations roll over?
- No. Your conversation count resets at the start of each billing month.
- What happens if I go over my plan?
- You can upgrade, or buy extra conversations at the rates in Add more conversations above.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes. Pay yearly instead of monthly and save 10% on any paid plan.
- Which currency will I be billed in?
- Switch between BDT and USD with the toggle above; you're billed in the currency you pick.
