What counts as a conversation
A conversation is one chat session with a visitor, and it covers up to 15 customer messages and 15 AI replies. All the back-and-forth up to that counts as a single conversation, so you're billed per chat rather than per message.
Billing questions
- When does a new conversation start?
- When a visitor comes back and starts a new chat session, or when an ongoing chat runs past 15 customer messages and 15 AI replies, that counts as another conversation. A chat already in progress is never cut off.
- What if a chat is very short?
- It still counts as exactly one conversation. A quick two-message chat and a full session both use a single conversation from your plan, so you're never charged extra.
- Do unused conversations roll over?
- No. Your conversation count resets at the start of each billing month.
- What happens if I go over my plan?
- You can upgrade, or buy extra conversations at the rates in Add more conversations above.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes. Pay yearly instead of monthly and save 10% on any paid plan.
- Which currency will I be billed in?
