Test your agent¶
A private chat with the same agent your customers talk to. Use it to check answers before customers see them.
Who can do this: anyone on your team. Fixing an answer needs an owner or admin.
Ask it something¶
In the sidebar, under AI agent, select Test your agent. Ask the way a customer would, for example "Do you deliver to Chattogram?"
Fix a wrong answer¶
- Under the reply, select Improve answer.
- Write the reply you want under Answer.
- Select Save. Your agent gives that answer from now on.
Good to know¶
- Test chats aren't saved to Conversations and don't alert your team.
If something goes wrong¶
The page says your agent is still learning. If your agent answers from your website, testing opens once we've read it. The page opens on its own when that's done.
The page says we couldn't read your website. Select Go to Knowledge and re-crawl your website from there. You can re-crawl twice a month on Free and 10 times a month on paid plans.
